Information Technology
We have an established consulting service as an Application Service Provider (ASP) for such clients as Gastroenterology of the Rockies, St. Vrain Endoscopy Center and Endoscopy Center of the Rockies. Along with our service partners, we provide a variety of products and services at costs appropriate to our clients' needs. Once connected, our clients have access to their network and all of their electronic records. These records are maintained in each client’s secure network. Some examples of records include medical history, referrals, prescriptions, surgical documentation and images and patient correspondence. Any document can be attached to a patient’s electronic chart (scanned image).

Call Center
The call center is the centralized office environment for one or more practices used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of phone calls and information in a central telephone operator location. It is used to administer incoming calls, referrals and other documents from patients, physicians, hospitals and other consumers. In addition to telephone operations, the call center can also handle various administrative tasks that help to streamline the flow of work, such as incoming mail and fax distribution.
We offer the call center services as well as consulting services to help you design and implement your own call center.
